Summer Job Opportunities!

The Weatherstone Swim Team is seeking enthusiastic Junior Assistant Coaches for the upcoming summer season. These are paid positions perfect for upper middle school, high school, or college students with a passion for swimming and working with kids. Junior Assistant Job Description:

• Assist the Coaching Staff in running weekday and Saturday swim practices from mid-May through July
• Provide supervision and coaching to help develop young swimmers (ages 4-10)
• Create a fun, positive environment focused on swimmer improvement and safety
• Opportunities to work both morning and evening practice shifts

Qualifications:

• Prior swimming experience/knowledge is a plus
• Enjoy interacting with and mentoring children
• Responsible, energetic, and great communication skills
• Commitment to the full summer season from mid-May through mid-July.

The Weatherstone Swim Team is also looking for Volunteer Junior Coaches, who are interested in volunteering their time when available to assist with the development of our youngest swimmers. Interested candidates should email [email protected].
